Part-Time Dental Hygienist - Westport, MA We are a friendly, patient-focused dental practice in Westport, Massachusetts Looking for a Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our team! This position is 2 days per week, with flexibility on which days you work. Our office is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM No nights, Fridays, or weekends! We believe in providing quality care without rushing our patients or our hygienists. Our hygiene schedule allows one-hour appointments, giving you the time you need to provide thorough care, educate patients, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications:

Current and active Massachusetts Dental Hygienist license Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program Current BLS for Healthcare Providers or CPR/AED certification Local Anesthesia Permit (Permit L), (preferred) Strong communication and patient-care skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care

Responsibilities Include:

Providing routine preventive dental hygiene care Performing periodontal assessments and periodontal therapy within the dental hygienist scope of practice Taking necessary dental radiographs Educating patients on oral health and home care Accurately documenting treatment and clinical findings Working collaboratively with our doctors and dental team to provide an excellent patient experience

Pay:

$47.36 - $49.09 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 per week
