What You'll Do Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis Scaling and root planing (SRP) and periodontal maintenance Take and evaluate digital radiographs Place sealants and fluoride treatments Perform in-office whitening Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting Deliver thorough patient education on oral hygiene and periodontal health Support treatment acceptance Maintain accurate, complete clinical documentation What We're Looking For Active Maryland RDH license — required Proven experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist within a busy dental office or clinic setting. Maryland local anesthesia certification preferred Current CPR/BLS certification DSO or group practice experience is a plus Strong periodontal therapy skills and a patient-education mindset Professional, personable, and dependable Strong focus on providing excellent patient care and balancing production needs Schedule & Benefits 4-day work week: Monday-Thursday (no Fridays, no weekends) $60-$70 per hour base, depending on experience Performance bonus in addition to base hourly rate 401(k) 2 weeks paid time off Paid holidays Consistently full hygiene schedule — you won't be sitting Join our team as a Registered Dental Hygienist where your expertise will contribute directly to improving patients' oral health while fostering a welcoming environment built on professionalism, compassion, and excellence in care!
