[Full-time / Part-time] We are a friendly, patient-centered dental practice seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are a general dental office offering a wide range of procedures and technologies. Office has CBCT, mill to make crowns in house, Open Dental PMS, and multiple intraoral scanners. (Morning Huddles start at 7:40 AM) Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, SRP, and adjunct procedures (SDF, Sealants, Curodont, Varnishes) Take digital radiographs Conduct oral health assessments and charting Educate patients on preventive care and oral hygiene Assist in co-diagnosis and treatment planning with the doctor Maintain accurate and timely patient records Dedication to education and improvement Qualifications Active Maryland Dental Hygiene license Strong communication and patient education skills Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Commitment to high-quality, ethical care Not required but encouraged: Local Anesthetic Certification and Nitrous Monitoring Certification New Grads encouraged to apply What We Offer Competitive pay: $47-$50 per hour (based on experience) Flexible scheduling options Paid time off and holidays (for eligible positions) Continuing education support A positive work environment that encourages growth Work with and learn from two phenomenal hygienists Sign-on bonus 401(k) with match
