Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Active Dental Hygienist license in good standing Local anesthesia certification (preferred, if applicable) Perform comprehensive periodontal charting and risk assessments Deliver high-quality prophylaxis, SRP, and periodontal maintenance Take and interpret radiographs Capture intraoral photographs and educate patients on clinical findings Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance Utilize dental software for documentation and scheduling Uphold standard of care, including appropriate recare intervals and diagnostic protocols
