Responsibilities include:

Adult and pediatric prophylaxis Periodontal assessment and charting Scaling and root planing Taking digital radiographs Applying fluoride treatments Providing individualized oral-hygiene education Identifying periodontal and restorative concerns Communicating findings with the dentist Maintaining accurate clinical documentation Following infection-control and sterilization protocols Developing positive, long-term relationships with our patients Working collaboratively with the entire dental team Who We're Looking For Our ideal hygienist is someone who: Holds a current Michigan Dental Hygiene license Takes pride in providing excellent clinical care Is warm and comfortable communicating with patients Is dependable and professional Works well as part of a team Values quality over simply moving patients through the schedule Is interested in becoming a long-term member of the practice Experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply, and we are also happy to consider the right new graduate. Schedule Full-time or part-time opportunities may be available. Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and schedule.
