Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist•Great Lakes Family Dentistry Great Lakes Family Dentistry is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for a hygienist looking for a consistent schedule, a supportive team, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients. Schedule Monday:
9:00 AM•6:00
PM Wednesday:
8:00 AM•5:00
PM Friday:
8:00 AM•2:00 PM Hygiene appointment times: Existing patients: 60-minute appointments New patients: 90-minute appointments Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing as needed Perform oral health assessments and accurately document clinical findings Take digital radiographs and maintain up-to-date patient records Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care Build strong, trusting relationships with patients through excellent communication and compassionate care Collaborate with the doctor and dental team to provide an exceptional patient experience Follow all infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient treatment area Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist license Strong clinical and communication skills Passion for patient care and education Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Experience with digital charting and radiography preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation: hourly or commission-based pay available Consistent schedule Dedicated hygiene appointment times Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to build a strong patient base Established practice If you're a dedicated hygienist looking for a great part-time opportunity with a supportive team and room to grow, we'd love to hear from you! #IND123
