Position:

Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist Schedule:

Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30am

• 3:30pm

Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay, dental benefits, PTO, 401(k), and uniform allowance

Location:

Caledonia, MI Responsibilities Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, periodontal assessments, and oral cancer screenings Obtain and review appropriate dental X-rays and diagnostic records Evaluate and document periodontal conditions and other clinical findings Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, preventive care, and recommended treatment Recommend and provide clinically indicated preventive products and services Communicate treatment recommendations and help patients understand the importance of maintaining their oral health Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients and create a comfortable, positive experience Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in Open Dental Follow established periodontal and hygiene protocols Communicate effectively with doctors and the rest of the clinical team regarding patient findings and treatment needs Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked operatory Follow all OSHA, infection control, and office safety protocols Contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture and support your teammates Qualifications Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Michigan Current CPR certification Previous dental hygiene experience preferred Strong clinical and periodontal assessment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Organized, dependable, and coachable Comfortable educating patients and discussing recommended care Passion for patient care and building genuine relationships Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member What We're Looking For We're not just hiring for clinical skills — we're hiring for character and mindset .
