What You'll Do Evaluate patients and implement treatment plans under the supervision of the Dentist. Document all patient findings, treatments, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly. Provide oral health education and preventive care services. Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and sterilization of dental equipment in assigned operatories. Assess oral health conditions and patient risk factors. Conduct patient screenings, including medical history reviews, dental charting, and periodontal charting. Take and record patient vital signs as required. Support the delivery of compassionate, patient-centered care. Qualifications Current Michigan Registered Dental Hygienist license. Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills. Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
