•Redwood Dental of Shelby Are you a patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist who takes pride in providing thorough, high-quality care? We are looking for a skilled and confident hygienist to join our established team. Our office has proudly served the Shelby community for over 20 years. We're committed to creating a welcoming, team-oriented environment while providing exceptional care and building lasting relationships with our patients. Provide preventive dental care, periodontal therapy, and routine cleanings Perform oral health assessments and screenings Take and develop dental X-rays as needed Educate and motivate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and healthy lifestyle habits Collaborate closely with our dentists and clinical team to deliver seamless patient care Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards

Qualifications:

Current Michigan Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Strong clinical and communication skills Patient-focused approach to care Ability to educate patients and confidently discuss oral health and periodontal conditions Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to maintain an efficient hygiene schedule while providing thorough, high-quality care Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
