Registered Dental Hygienist:
Hourly+Incentives and Benefits Our private, single doctor practice is seeking a Full Time or Part Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are a professional, patient-centric, quality-oriented practice. We take great pride in providing exceptional care and cultivating long term relationships with patients. Our team is remarkably supportive of each other and the culture in the office is very positive. Ideal candidate has an active RDH License, is patient, friendly, detail-oriented, ethical, and had outstanding communication skills. We seek somebody that is looking for a long-term opportunity, that is stable, with room for growth. Hygiene appointments are 60 min for patients of record and 90 minutes for new patients. - Retirement plan with matching contributions Skills and responsibilities include (but not limited to): Carrying out screenings, health history review, and monitoring procedures
- Taking impressions, digital radiographs, intraoral photos
- Efficiently provide exceptional periodontal treatment on patients of all ages
- Practice proper infection control in operatory and sterilization area
- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health
- Applying prophylactic/antibacterial materials, fissure sealants, and topical fluoride Administer anesthetic and N2O when necessary (with supervision) Be knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry to competently discuss dental treatment options with patients Schedule patients for recall appointments Maintain proper documentation and charting on every patient Monitor supplies Please contact us with any additional questions about the position.
