Instead of advertising a bonus you'll have to wait years to receive, we'd rather pay you well from your very first paycheck, and pay you half of your bonus from day one. We believe your compensation should be real, not marketing propganda. $60/hour is just the beginning. Our hygienists earn a $60/hour base wage, plus the opportunity to earn up to an additional $550 per paycheck in commissions. When the practice succeeds, you should benefit too. No pressure.
