DENTAL HYGIENIST
REQUIRED

1+ years recent DH work exp preferred
DEGREE :
Must provide College Degree (or equivalent i.

official transcripts) for completing a DH program
BLS CERT
Active Basic Life Support cert (Issued by AHA or ARC only)
RDH License :
Must hold active and unrestricted RDH License
