Registered Dental Hygienist ( 4 days a week-Full Time)

Job Summary The Dental Office of Kevin P. Matthews, DDS, PA, is a small, patient-focused general dental practice seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team. We pride ourselves on providing gentle, high-quality care in a welcoming environment where both patients and team members feel valued. We are looking for a team-oriented hygienist with a caring attitude who is seeking a long-term dental home. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a collaborative setting. Experience is preferred, but we are happy to consider motivated new graduates. Our office operates four days per week, Monday-Thursday 8am-pm, offering an excellent work-life balance along with a supportive and positive team culture.

What We're Looking For:

Current North Carolina RDH license (required) Current CPR certification (required) Strong communication and patient care skills Positive attitude and team-first mindset Experience with EagleSoft and digital radiography is a plus (not required)

$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
