Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional patient care. Duties Screening patients during checkups Take and record vital signs as needed, providing essential information to the dental team. Reviewing a patient's dental history Recommending care to improve a patient's oral health Teaching patients about proper teeth cleaning and oral health techniques Performing preventive dental care Applying fluoride treatments Applying Dental Sealants Taking x-rays and reviewing them for signs of dental diseases Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Take and record vital signs as needed, providing essential information to the dental team. Operate dental equipment, including 3D scanners, and assist with digital imaging as required. Experience Candidates should possess experience or training in the following areas: Must have at least Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality. Proficiency in infection control practices and aseptic techniques. Familiarity with operating 3D scanners is advantageous.
