Chapel Hill Dental Arts is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Red Bank, NJ. As a key member of our team, you'll help patients understand their recommended treatment, feel confident moving forward with their care, and navigate the financial and scheduling aspects of their treatment. We're looking for someone with dental office experience who enjoys building relationships, communicating treatment options clearly, and helping patients take the next step toward a healthier smile. Schedule Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Full-time, consistent weekday schedule What You'll Do Meet with patients to review and explain recommended treatment plans Help patients understand their diagnosis, treatment options, and next steps Clearly communicate treatment fees, insurance benefits, and estimated patient portions Discuss available payment and financing options with patients Build strong relationships with patients and help address questions or concerns about treatment Coordinate treatment scheduling and follow-up to help patients move forward with recommended care Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and the clinical team to ensure patients receive consistent and accurate information Verify insurance benefits and assist with pre-authorizations when needed Maintain accurate treatment plans and patient information in Dentrix Follow up with patients who have outstanding or unscheduled treatment Help identify opportunities to improve treatment acceptance and patient retention Provide an exceptional patient experience from treatment presentation through scheduling and follow-up What We're Looking For Minimum 1+ year of dental office experience required Dentrix proficiency required Strong understanding of dental treatment, insurance, and patient financing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain treatment and financial information clearly and confidently Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable discussing treatment fees and financial options with patients Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy dental practice Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Compassionate and patient-focused approach Why Join Chapel Hill Dental Arts?
