Overview:

Due to growth, OrthoCenter New Jersey is n ow hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Red Bank, NJ. Full-time is preferred, up to 40 hours per week are available. Part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered. The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills. Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist Assistant hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team! Full-time PTAs should expect to treat an average of 15-16 patients per day. The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this full-time position will start in the ballpark of $25 per hour and increases depending on experience and qualifications. Bonus opportunities are also available. Full comprehensive package, including 401k and profit sharing.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday

•Friday, 8a-5p. Flexible schedules are available based on the needs of the clinician hired. No weekends. No holidays! In this role, you have autonomy to work the schedule that works best for you! Enjoy excellent work / life balance while honing your skills with a supportive team.

Job Requirements:

Eligible for NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Prior outpatient ortho experience is required. Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. Part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
