We are a high-quality general practice in Hudson, NY, seeking 1-2 passionate RDHs to join our collaborative team of 3 Doctors and 6-7 Dental Assistants. $55.00- $60.
Hygiene Bonus:
Earn an extra $500- $1,000 per month through product sales and adjunctive services (Sealants, Perio Protect, Arestin, Whitening, Nightguards, Invisalign, etc.
Production Sharing:
When the team meets production goals, we split 20% of the bonus production equally.Comprehensive Benefits Package Health Insurance:

401k with a 3% company match.Paid Time Off:
Accrual starts at 1 hour for every 52 hours worked (approx. 1 week in the 1st year, 2 weeks in the 2nd year, maxing at 3 weeks).Sick Leave:
40 hours of paid sick time.Paid Holidays:
Coverage for all major holidays. If a holiday falls on a weekend, you receive a paid day off during the week. Your Schedule & Clinical Focus We focus on quality care over quantity. Our hygienists typically see 7-8 patients per day , with a full 60 minutes dedicated to each appointment.Full-Time Status:
32- 35 hours per week. Monday
Thursday:
8:00 AM- 5:00 PM.
Friday:
8:00 AM- 2:00 PM (Enjoy your Friday afternoons!
