Hourly Rate:

$55.00

Hygiene Bonus:

Earn an extra $500

• $1,000 per month through product sales and adjunctive services (Sealants, Perio Protect, Arestin, Whitening, Nightguards, Invisalign, etc.

).

Production Sharing:

When the team meets production goals, we split 20% of the bonus production equally.

Paid Time Off:

Accrual starts at 1 hour for every 52 hours worked (approx. 1 week in the 1st year, 2 weeks in the 2nd year, maxing at 3 weeks).

Coverage for all major holidays. If a holiday falls on a weekend, you receive a paid day off during the week. Your Schedule & Clinical Focus We focus on quality care over quantity. Our hygienists typically see 7-8 patients per day , with a full 60 minutes dedicated to each appointment.
