Job Description

Full time Dental Hygiene Assistant needed for our family-friendly practice in Lindenhurst, New York. We are looking for someone who can work Monday - Thursday and possibly Saturdays. Minimum of 1 year of experience necessary.

DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE DENTAL ASSISTING EXPERIENCE

Job duties include: Setting up operatories for procedures before and after each patient visit Patient care support including, greeting patients, updating medical histories, taking digital X-rays and chart observations Assist the Hygienist and/or Doctor during oral exams, periodontal screenings, teeth cleanings, and other dental procedures Sterilizing instruments Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide post-treatment instructions Friendly staff, great workplace environment!
