Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest technology to ensure that our team and patients benefit from the most advanced dental practices available. As we expand, we are looking for talented and motivated Dental Hygienists to join our dynamic team and help us continue to deliver exceptional care to our patients and change the way they feel about going to the dentist! Multiple schedule options available for full and part time positions.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough dental cleanings to maintain patients' oral health. Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments and develop tailored treatment plans. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Take and develop digital X-rays, utilizing modern imaging technology for precise diagnostics. Document patient information and treatment plans accurately in Open Dental Software. Assist with patient comfort and address any concerns or questions they may have. Collaborate with the dentist and other team members to provide optimal patient care. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Valid Dental Hygienist license in New York State. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, patient-focused attitude. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Proficient in using dental software and technology. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Preventive dental approach with a focus on the link between oral health and overall systemic wellness. We are open to recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow!
