DENTAL HYGIENIST

Compensation :

Hourly or Commission-based structure, depending on experience and preference. Details can be discussed during the interview process. A Commission-based compensation structure is designed to reward high-performing hygienists. This structure rewards productivity and performance, with no cap on earning potential.

Performance Expectations:

Recognize periodontal disease based on radiographic and clinical findings. Provide patient education regarding the disease process and whole-body health. Provide patient education regarding caries and diet. Take diagnostic quality images to assist during patient education and diagnosis. Provide exceptional preventive care, including but not limited to: scaling, polishing, flossing, sealants and professionally applied fluoride. Perform Non-surgical Periodontal Therapy according to the AAP guidelines and office procedure. Administer local anesthetic to patients when necessary. Appoint return re-care visits.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene Program Current Ohio Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License Current CPR/BLS certification Office Hours for this
