Role:

Join Ace Appliance as a Major Appliance Service Technician and become part of a dedicated team committed to delivering top-notch service in Toledo, OH. Enjoy being in the top 1% of the highest paid technicians in the country. And the opportunity to work with a variety of appliances in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Position starts at $17.00 per hour and you get $1.00 per hour raise every 60 days during training period. After training period of 7-11months, the average annual pay would be 90k to 115k.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair major home appliances including refrigerators, washers, and dryers. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal appliance performance. Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients on-site. Document service calls and maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used. Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and new appliance technologies. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during service operations. Manage inventory of tools and parts necessary for repairs.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
