We're looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who wants modern technology, respectful doctors, full appointment blocks that don't leave you sprinting between operatories, and a voice in patient care. • Provide prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal therapy
• Take and interpret digital radiographs; complete periodontal charting
• Educate patients on oral health and co-diagnose alongside our doctors
• Administer local anesthesia (if certified — a plus, not a requirement)
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Dentrix Ascend
• Help create the warm, welcoming visits our patients rave about What we're looking for

Required:

• Active Ohio RDH license (or eligibility — new grads welcome!)
• Ohio radiography certification
• CPR/BLS certification
• A gentle touch and genuine warmth with patients — including anxious ones Nice to have (not required):
• Local anesthesia certification
• Experience with Dentrix Ascend
• Laser certification or interest in laser dentistry (we'll train!) Benefits
