Our West Salem practice is rearrang and needs your expertise. As two of our seasoned hygienists cut back their schedules there is an opportunity to join us for Full or Part-time employment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about both oral and general health and providing exceptional patient care. Become an important part of a team which works together and is supportive. Qualifications

• Current Oregon Dental Hygiene License
• Nitrous Oxide Sedation a plus Responsibilities
• Conduct exceptional periodontal therapy for patients of all ages
• Co-manage patients with the dentist as a TEAM
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and how they affect our overall health
• Perform dental charting and take patient medical histories with the help of our amazing dental assistants. Yes, you actually get help on EVERY patient!
• Take digital radiographs
• We have a sterilization tech and dental assistants to take care of room turnover

• NO ROOM TURNOVER

• Update and maintain patient dental records
• our software is Open Dental.

• Strong understanding of infection control protocols. Asepsis cannot be negotiated.
