Empathetic Pay:

Daily Pay:
We pay hourly, and there are many opportunities to gain full-time hours across our network of offices.
Quarterly Bonus:

Our team is like family, and we're thrilled to welcome you in Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety while performing a variety of clinical tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, patient assessment, and infection control practices. The Dental Hygienist will work closely with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care in a friendly and professional environment. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including taking vital signs and reviewing medical histories Perform dental cleanings and periodontal therapy using appropriate techniques Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of preventive care Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Utilize EMR systems for accurate documentation of patient records and treatment plans Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols Collaborate with dentists in four-handed dentistry procedures to enhance efficiency during treatments Manage medical imaging processes, including X-rays, to support diagnostic efforts Provide chairside assistance during various dental procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow Stay updated on advancements in pediatric dentistry and general dentistry practices Skills Proficient in Eaglesoft and Dentrix software for dental practice management Knowledgeable in pediatric dentistry techniques and best practices Strong understanding of anatomy knowledge, medical terminology, and dental terminology Experience with documentation review and medical coding for accurate record keeping Familiarity with aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during procedures Excellent patient care skills with a focus on comfort and education Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred Join our team as a Dental Hygienist where your expertise will contribute to the health and well-being of our patients.
