About Us •We are searching for our star Hygienist to start with us in January 2027•Dental Care of Rosewood is a patient-centered dental practice committed to providing high-quality, compassionate oral healthcare in a welcoming environment. We focus on prevention, education, and building long-term relationships with our patients while supporting a positive and collaborative team culture. Position Summary Dental Care of Rosewood is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to patient education, preventive care, and delivering exceptional clinical services while working collaboratively with dentists and team members. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental cleanings (prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing) Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) Conduct periodontal assessments and charting Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment plans Apply preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants Identify signs of oral diseases and communicate findings to the dentist Maintain accurate and timely patient records Follow all infection control, safety, and HIPAA regulations Provide a comfortable, positive patient experience Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state CPR/BLS certification (current or ability to obtain) Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to patient care Preferred Skills Experience with dental software systems Gentle chairside manner and patient-focused approach Ability to educate and motivate patients of all ages Benefits Competitive compensation 40hrs PTO Supportive and friendly work environment Dental Benefits covered at 100% for self, spouse and children.
