Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, performing dental hygiene procedures, and ensuring a comfortable experience for our patients. This role requires a thorough understanding of dental terminology, infection control practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing using appropriate techniques and tools. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and the importance of regular dental visits. Collaborate with dentists in four-handed dentistry to enhance patient care efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. Requirements Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice. Knowledge of general dentistry practices. Strong understanding of anatomy knowledge related to oral health and dental procedures. Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and education. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while providing exceptional service to patients.
