+ Bonus Earn $42-$50/hour, based on experience, plus the opportunity to earn up to $1,000 per month in bonus compensation. That means an experienced hygienist earning at the top of the hourly range could have the opportunity to earn $115K+ annually with bonus potential. Production-Based Compensation Prefer to have your earnings reflect your production? We offer a production-based compensation model as well. Our hygienists on this model are currently averaging approximately $120K-$150K per year .
