We know there are a lot of dental offices hiring hygienists right now, so we aren't just looking for someone to fill an open spot. You do NOT need experience in holistic or biological dentistry to apply. In fact, most team members come to us from traditional dental practices. We provide training and simply ask that you are open to learning about a different approach to patient care. A Little About How We Practice CAD is a modern dental practice with an emphasis on prevention, patient education, and the connection between oral health and overall health. We do some things differently than a traditional dental office, but please don't let that intimidate you! You don't need to walk in knowing anything about biological dentistry. We'll teach you. We're much more interested in finding someone who is kind, curious, willing to learn, and great with patients than someone who already knows our specific protocols. Our hygiene approach includes a strong focus on periodontal health, the oral microbiome, patient education, prevention, and helping patients understand why their oral health matters beyond their teeth. Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate: Holds a current Tennessee dental hygiene license Provides excellent clinical care Is warm and compassionate with patients Enjoys educating and building relationships with patients Is dependable and team-oriented Communicates well Is willing to learn Wants to work somewhere they feel valued Is looking for a practice they can grow with long-term Previous biological or holistic dental experience is NOT required. If you're coming from a traditional dental office, that's completely okay. We aren't looking for someone who already knows everything we do.
