As a Dental Hygienist in our Monarch Dental
  • Arlington, TX location, you'll play an important role in helping patients achieve healthier smiles and better overall health.

Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols. Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice. Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health. Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience. Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment. Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice. New graduates are welcome! Current CPR certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for patient care, education and prevention. Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience. A collaborative, positive approach to working with patients and teammates.
Compensation:
55.00-58.00 an hour
