Fusion Dental & Braces is looking for an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Waco team on Fridays only . This could be a great fit if you're already working a partial hygiene schedule and want to add another consistent day without committing to another full-time position. You'll join an established dental team and have the opportunity to build patient relationships while earning through a hybrid hourly + production compensation model. Compensation $28/hour + 14.8% net production bonus Your compensation combines a guaranteed hourly rate with production-based earning opportunity, giving you the ability to earn beyond your base hourly pay. What You'll Do Provide thorough preventive and periodontal hygiene care Perform patient assessments and periodontal charting Take diagnostic radiographs as appropriate Educate patients on oral health and preventive care Partner with the doctor on patient education and recommended treatment Maintain accurate clinical documentation Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols Help create a positive, comfortable patient experience What We're Looking For Active Texas RDH license Experienced dental hygienist Strong clinical and patient-education skills Confident, professional communicator Dependable and available consistently on Fridays Positive, patient-focused, and team-oriented Schedule Fridays Only | Part-Time If you're looking for a consistent Friday hygiene opportunity with hourly stability plus production-based earning potential , we'd love to meet you.
