Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday The role A treatment plan can look simple on paper. For a patient, it raises real questions: What does this mean? What will it cost? Will my insurance help? What are my options? That's where you come in. You'll be the person patients turn to when they need someone to slow things down, talk it through, and help them feel comfortable with their next step. You'll work alongside our doctors and clinical team, build relationships with patients across their whole treatment journey, and help them move forward with care they feel good about because it starts with earning their trust. What you'll do Walk patients through their treatment plans and options in language that actually makes sense to them Discuss costs, insurance benefits, financial responsibilities, and payment options Create a calm, supportive experience around treatment and finances Relay patient needs, preferences, and goals to the doctors and clinical team Coordinate treatment, appointments, referrals, and follow-up, with accurate documentation throughout Track treatment progress and case acceptance to keep patients on course with recommended care Support scheduling and the financial side of patient treatment What you'll bring 2+ years of dental office experience The ability to explain dental treatment in simple, human terms Strong communication skills and a natural gift for building rapport A compassionate, patient-focused approach Comfort discussing treatment, insurance, costs, and financial options (you can confidently discuss the money component of dental care) Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple priorities The ability to work independently while staying tight with the team Why Cedar Park Dental and Braces You'll work alongside a clinical team that holds itself to a high standard and have real room to grow.
