Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $48 - $60 per hour, based on experience

Production bonus percentages available — we believe hygienists deserve no limits on their earning potential

Schedule

Flexible scheduling available across Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We work with you to find the right fit.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance

Take and interpret radiographs

Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments

Develop and contribute to treatment planning

Deliver preventative treatments

Educate patients on oral hygiene and long-term health

Requirements

3+ years of clinical hygiene experience

Active RDH licensure

Up-to-date continuing education credits

A genuine passion for patient care and education

Strong communication and collaborative mindset
