Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Orthodontic Clinician , where creating beautiful smiles is only part of what we do. We believe every patient interaction is an opportunity to make someone's day, and we're looking for someone who shares that same passion for exceptional service. In this role, you'll combine clinical excellence with genuine hospitality—welcoming patients with a smile, anticipating their needs, and helping create an experience that makes them excited to come back. Whether you're assisting with treatment, helping a teammate, or taking a few extra moments to make a nervous patient feel comfortable, the little things matter . We're looking for someone who is energetic, dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed. If you have a heart for serving others and believe that going above and beyond should simply be part of how we do things, you may be exactly who we're looking for! Duties Assist orthodontists during procedures such as bracket placement, wire adjustments, and appliance installations using advanced dental equipment including 3D scanners and dental X-ray devices Welcome every patient with warmth, positivity, and genuine enthusiasm while ensuring they feel comfortable throughout their visit Prepare patients for treatment, complete necessary imaging, and anticipate patient and provider needs throughout appointments Manage patient records accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality policies Process dental instruments through sterilization procedures while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, infection prevention, and patient safety Educate patients on oral hygiene practices specific to orthodontic care, including appliance maintenance and dietary guidelines Collaborate with front-office and clinical team members to maintain efficient patient flow and create a seamless experience from check-in to check-out Look for opportunities to go the extra mile for our patients and fellow team members Take ownership of your role while being willing to step in and help wherever needed—because exceptional patient care is always a team effort Bring positive energy to the clinic and help create an environment where patients and teammates feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated Qualifications Experience in dental assisting or orthodontic clinical support within a busy dental clinic environment is preferred Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy relevant to oral health and orthodontics Experience with dental software and patient management systems is highly desirable Skilled in dental sterilization procedures, infection control protocols, and aseptic techniques Ability to operate dental equipment including X-ray machines, 3D scanners, and other diagnostic tools effectively Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with patients of all ages Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus A positive, welcoming attitude and a genuine desire to serve others Dependable, proactive, and willing to take initiative without always waiting to be asked Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and positivity A team-first mentality and willingness to support others when needed More Than a Job—Be Part of the Experience We believe exceptional orthodontic care goes beyond clinical treatment. It's remembering a patient's name, helping a nervous child feel comfortable, celebrating when braces come off, stepping in when a teammate needs help, and creating the kind of experience people want to tell others about. We value team members who lead with kindness, positivity, ownership, excellence, and a heart for service . Skills can be taught and developed, but the desire to care for people and make a difference is something special. If you're someone who naturally goes above and beyond, loves being part of a team, and wants to help us create an experience that is just as incredible as the smiles we create, we'd love to meet you! Come join a team where exceptional service is part of everything we do—and where every day is another opportunity to make someone smile. ✨
