Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and confident Dental Hygienist to join our highly productive, committed team. Responsibilities Provide periodontal therapy and other hygiene services within the scope of licensure and practice protocols. Take appropriate diagnostic records, including periodontal charting, radiographs, intraoral photographs, and other records as directed. Identify and communicate signs of periodontal disease, occlusal concerns, restorative needs, wear, recession, lesions, and other clinical findings. Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation. Communicate effectively with doctor and the broader clinical team to ensure continuity of care. Participate in treatment planning discussions and contribute clinical insight when appropriate. Help create a seamless patient experience from hygiene through diagnosis, treatment acceptance, and ongoing maintenance. Stay current with evolving techniques, technology, products, and evidence-based approaches to advanced periodontal and preventive care. Contribute to a highly productive, collaborative team culture where communication, accountability, and willingness to support one another are expected. Qualifications Current Washington State Dental Hygienist License Maintain all required professional credentials 2+ years of clinical dental hygiene experience preferred Strong patient education and treatment communication skills Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, highly productive practice Commitment to exceptional patient care and building long-term patient relationships If you're a dental hygienist who takes pride in your work, shows up for your team, and genuinely cares about the patients in your chair, we'd love to hear from you. Pay:

$58.00 - $74.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 32.0 per week
