Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at Covington Family Dentistry!
NEW GRADS WELCOME
Hands on mentorship/training with a dedicated hygiene mentor, placement pre-licensure, cushioned schedule to better transition and acclimate to office flow, base pay plus bonus incentives, health benefits Compensation and Benefits include: $65 -$75/hourly base plus bonus eligibility $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (full-time), $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (Part-time) Health, vision, dental, life, disability 401k with match PTO CE allowance, study club, mentorship
Qualifications:
Current WA state licensure Current CPR/BLS certification Proficiency in dental patient management software such as Open Dental or Dentrix Strong teamwork and communication skills Covington Family Dentistry's mission is to provide exceptional and accessible oral healthcare that transcends the traditional dental experience.
