We are a busy dental practice seeking a hygienist who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and is confident working independently. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing all phases of preventive and periodontal hygiene care, including adult and child prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and patient education. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene services, including: Adult and child prophylaxis Periodontal maintenance Scaling and root planing (SRP) Administration of local anesthetic Educate patients about their oral health and recommended treatment. Discuss treatment needs, including the risks and benefits of proposed treatment. Present treatment recommendations and help patients understand the importance of maintaining their oral health. Provide excellent patient care while maintaining a gentle and comfortable experience. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Effectively utilize the Cavitron and other hygiene equipment. Manage your schedule efficiently and assist in building and maintaining a productive hygiene schedule.
