Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Full-Time/Part-Time | Mondays - Thursday(willing to split up hours and make 2 positions) 410 E. Washington St., Slinger, WI 53086 Proudly serving Slinger, Jackson, Hartford, West Bend, and surrounding communities. We invest in modern technology—including digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and other technology designed to make patient care efficient and comfortable—and follow clear clinical protocols that allow our hygienists to provide exceptional patient care with confidence. We also believe quality care takes time, which is why we schedule 60-minute adult recare appointments and 90-120 minute SRP appointments . We're looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team three days a week. Whether you're an experienced hygienist or a new graduate eager to learn, we'd love to meet you. Growth & Support Continuing education opportunities In-office training and team learning CE trips and professional development Supportive doctors and teammates who genuinely enjoy working together Work-Life Balance Consistent three-day schedule Additional PRN/fill-in opportunities available if desired Flexible, family-oriented culture that understands life happens Hours Available Monday 7:30 AM-6:00 PM Tuesday 7:30 AM-6:00 PM Alternative schedule available: 6:30 AM-6:00 PM Wednesday 6:30 AM-5:00 PM Thursday 6:30 AM-5:00 PM What You'll Do Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care (60-minute adult recare appointments) Build lasting relationships with patients through education and compassionate care Promote excellent oral health through personalized home care instruction Maintain infection control and HIPAA standards Assist with clinical flow and room turnover as part of a collaborative team What We're Looking For Current Wisconsin Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Associate degree in Dental Hygiene 1-2 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset Passion for providing exceptional patient care Why Our Team Stays Our team isn't just coworkers—we genuinely enjoy working together.
