PODS is seeking a CDL Driver to safely deliver, pick up, and relocate portable storage containers for residential and commercial customers. You'll operate company trucks on local routes, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensure secure, damage-free container placement. This role combines professional driving with customer interaction-answering questions, resolving on-site issues, and representing PODS' safety-first, customer-focused culture. You'll follow DOT and company safety standards, complete required documentation, and help improve daily operations while gaining logistics and field operations experience. Responsibilities Operate CDL-class trucks to deliver, pick up, and relocate PODS containers on local routes Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs Load, secure, and position containers safely using liftgates or related equipment Follow DOT, safety, and company operating procedures at all times Provide courteous on-site customer service and address basic service questions Document deliveries, pickups, and any incidents using company systems Coordinate with dispatch and operations to optimize daily routes Maintain clean, organized vehicle and equipment Assist with yard organization and container staging as needed Required Skills CDL-A or CDL-B driving Local route navigation Vehicle inspection Cargo loading and securing Forklift or liftgate operation Electronic log systems DOT safety compliance Customer service Basic vehicle troubleshooting Time management
