Dental Sterilization Technician / Dental Assistant Trainee No dental experience? No problem! We will train the right person. New dental assistants and individuals with little or no dental experience are welcome to apply! Are you looking for a stable, rewarding career in healthcare? We'd love to meet you! We are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing dental team. If selected, you'll have the opportunity to observe our team and learn about dentistry before beginning hands-on training. We will provide the required California Infection Control training before you start your clinical training. What we're looking for: No dental experience required—we will train you. New dental assistants are welcome to apply. Responsible, reliable, and accountable. Positive attitude with excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented and organized. Passionate about helping people. Coachable and open to feedback. Able to accept constructive criticism professionally and use it as an opportunity to grow. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Spanish speaking is
