FULL DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an entry-level Dental Production Technician to support the preparation and finishing of dental models and related products in a hands-on production environment. This role involves working with materials such as dental plaster and resin, trimming impressions, pouring impressions, processing plaster and resin models, and using hand tools and production equipment to complete detailed dental production tasks. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable performing repetitive hands-on work, and able to follow instructions while maintaining quality and accuracy. The selected candidate will be responsible for: Working with dental materials including plaster and resin Trimming dental impressions Pouring impressions to create dental models Trimming models using various machines and hand tools Processing plaster and resin dental models Using small hand tools and production equipment safely and accurately Trimming whitening trays Inspecting completed work for accuracy and quality Maintaining an organized and clean work area Following production procedures and instructions Meeting quality and productivity expectations Performing repetitive hands-on production tasks while maintaining attention to detail Performing other duties as assigned The selected candidate will also possess: Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply Strong hand-eye coordination required Good manual dexterity required Ability to use small hand tools required Strong attention to detail required Dependable and reliable work style required Good time management skills required Ability to follow directions without difficulty required Ability to perform repetitive production tasks accurately Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to maintain quality while working efficiently Ability to work onsite in
