In this energetic position, you will manage sterilization procedures, support clinical staff with back-office tasks, and uphold strict confidentiality policies. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment for patients while maintaining seamless workflow behind the scenes. Duties Properly process and sterilize dental instruments using established dental sterilization procedures, ensuring compliance with infection prevention management standards. Assist with chairside procedures by preparing dental materials, handling dental equipment, and supporting clinical staff during treatment. Prepare treatment rooms with necessary dental instruments and equipment, including 3D scanners and dental x-ray machines, ensuring all tools are ready for efficient clinical procedures. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth clinic operations, including managing supplies related to dental instrument processing and dental equipment maintenance.
