Our practices are owned by one doctor and managed by a team of people united by the goal of helping as many patients as possible experience dental surgery in a positive way. We pride ourselves on maintaining a healthy office culture with competitive pay and benefits. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent patient experiences and work well within a team. This is a full-time position with benefits. Responsibilities of Sterilization Technician Prepare all treatment rooms for safe, predictable, and high-quality surgery for patients Treatment room set-up, decontamination, sterilization of all instruments, cleaning, and restocking Order supplies Break down and dispose of supply cardboard boxes, as needed Take radiographic images as prescribed by the doctor (after proper certification, which we will provide) Maintain awareness of the comfort and safety needs of patients Communicate with other essential team members to coordinate patient flow and comfort Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements of Sterilization Technician We are more interested in finding the right candidate and are willing to train, but experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus High school diploma Sustained positivity and energy throughout the day Communicates clearly with patients and all team members Attention to detail
Professionalism Compensation and Benefits Wage:
$17-$20 per hour DOE 90-day review and wage assessment, with potential for increase 32-34 hour work week Health insurance benefit after 30 days; all other benefits eligible after the 90-day probation period 40 hours of vacation (accrued annually), doubling at year 3 of service 5 days of sick pay per year 5 paid holidays Medical, vision, and dental available 401(k) employer contribution We believe that all patients deserve to experience a better life by having their mouths restored to ideal health.
