Our practices are owned by one doctor and managed by a team of people united by the goal of helping as many patients as possible experience dental surgery in a positive way. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent patient experiences and work well within a team. This is a full-time position with benefits. Responsibilities of Sterilization Technician Prepare all treatment rooms for safe, predictable, and high-quality surgery for patients Treatment room set-up, decontamination, sterilization of all instruments, cleaning, and restocking Order supplies Break down and dispose of supply cardboard boxes, as needed Take radiographic images as prescribed by the doctor (after proper certification, which we will provide) Maintain awareness of the comfort and safety needs of patients Communicate with other essential team members to coordinate patient flow and comfort Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements of Sterilization Technician We are more interested in finding the right candidate and are willing to train, but experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus High school diploma Sustained positivity and energy throughout the day Communicates clearly with patients and all team members Attention to detail
