Job Description

We are a well-established, growing private dental practice in West Palm Beach seeking an experienced Dental Lab Technician to join our team. Our office is committed to advanced digital dentistry, comprehensive patient care, and exceptional clinical quality. You'll work alongside experienced dentists using the latest technology in a collaborative, supportive environment where your skills and craftsmanship are truly valued. Responsibilities CAD/CAM design and digital workflows Finish, stain, and glaze zirconia restorations Fabricate and adjust temporary restorations Support implant restorative cases Digital scanning and case management Quality control of laboratory work Shade matching and esthetic characterization Coordinate with outside dental laboratories Maintain an organized, efficient lab environment Qualifications Dental laboratory experience required Experience with CAD/CAM systems (3Shape, Exocad, or similar) preferred Knowledge of zirconia restorations and digital workflows Excellent attention to detail Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits $30-$40 per hour , based on experience Paid Time Off Employee dental benefits Continuing education opportunities Long-term career growth Modern technology and equipment If you take pride in producing high-quality dental restorations and want to be part of a practice focused on excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
