Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Dental Lab Trainee to join our dynamic team. This paid internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in dental laboratory techniques, prosthetic fabrication, and digital design for dental restorations. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about advancing their skills in a fast-paced dental environment. Duties Assist with the fabrication and finishing of dental prostheses, including dentures, crowns, bridges, and implant restorations Support digital design processes for dental prosthetics using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) systems Learn and apply laboratory techniques such as ceramics application, removable prosthodontics, and complete denture fabrication Aid in the preparation and finishing of dental appliances with precision tools like micrometers and other laboratory equipment Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques throughout all procedures Assist with quality control checks, ensuring all products meet clinical standards before delivery Support the team in managing medical documentation, records, and proper handling of patient-specific information in compliance with HIPAA regulations Experience No prior laboratory experience required; training will be provided on-site Basic understanding of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical imaging is advantageous Familiarity with dental equipment, digital design tools (CAD), and CAM software is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity and precision skills Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively within a team environment Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques in a clinical setting is preferred Eagerness to learn about prosthodontics, implantology, ceramics, and other specialized areas within dental technology Join us as a Dental Lab Trainee and embark on a rewarding journey into the world of dental craftsmanship!
