We're looking for a reliable, motivated, and compassionate team member to join our dental office as a Dental Assistant / Sterilization Technician . If you're someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping things clean and organized, and is eager to learn a new skill, we'd love to meet you! Dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. What You'll Do Assist the dental team with patient care and procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment Set up and break down operatories between patients Help with stocking and maintaining supplies Provide a welcoming and positive experience for our patients Learn additional dental assisting responsibilities as your skills develop What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with patients Detail-oriented and organized Able to follow safety and infection-control procedures Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to learn and take direction Previous dental or healthcare experience is helpful but not required Why Join Our Team?
