Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician to join our dynamic dental team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality dental prosthetics, restorations, and appliances that meet precise specifications and enhance patient outcomes. Your expertise in dental fabrication, combined with strong technical skills and knowledge of dental anatomy, will contribute to delivering exceptional care and satisfaction. Duties Fabricate dental prosthetics, crowns, bridges, and dentures Collaborate closely with dentists and dental assistants to interpret prescriptions and ensure accurate production of dental devices Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during all laboratory procedures Use precise measurement tools such as micrometers to ensure exact fit and dimensions of dental components Assist with chairside procedures by providing support during patient assessments and ensuring proper handling of materials Manage medical documentation, including detailed records of laboratory work, materials used, and patient-specific instructions Stay current with advancements in dental fabrication technology, including digital imaging and 3D printing methods Requirements Proven laboratory experience in dental fabrication or related medical device production Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, terminology, and medical imaging techniques Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and data security Experience with CAD software for designing dental restorations and appliances Ability to perform precise measurements using tools like micrometers and calipers Knowledge of infection control standards specific to dental laboratories and clinical settings Join us as a Dental Lab Technician where your craftsmanship will directly impact patients' smiles!
