Our extensive training and experience means we provide a superior standard of quality in order to consistently produce the highest level of dentistry for all of our clients. We are looking for an experienced Dental Laboratory CAD/CAM Technician to join our talented team.
CAD/CAM Technician Primary Responsibilities & Skills:
Ability to read, interpret, design and print dental restorations to client's specifications by utilizing dental CAD software programs Perform dental model digital scanning using 3Shape system Ensure timely milling machine and other equipment maintenance, regularly loading and unloading of mills Troubleshoot machine repairs with outsourcing via phone and email, coordinating sending any needed repairs offsite with the OEM or repair vendors Perform quality control of cases Download and process Intraoral Scans. Assist in surgical guide production with nesting, digital printing, post-processing using ultrasonic cleaning, and curing equipment, grinding, and polishing All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications:
Previous working experience in a dental laboratory preferred Understanding of dental anatomy and dental lab terminology Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, 3Shape, and other internal software systems. Ability to meet tight deadlines, while consistently producing quality restorations Detail oriented to identify sub-standard work and diplomatically communicate for corrections Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to sit for extended periods of time Have a positive, outgoing, and self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently and in a team environment Milling center environment, computer-based workstation.
