We are looking for an experienced Hyundai Technician to join our team.

Read that again:

JOIN our team. Not change it. We have a good shop. We have good people. We are building processes that work. We are not looking for someone to come in and tell us how their last dealership did everything better. We are looking for a skilled technician who can turn hours, fix cars right the first time, help the people around them, and become part of what we are building.

What we are offering:

$37-$43/flat-rate hour to start , based on experience and demonstrated ability. There are bonuses available, and there is absolutely room for raises once you prove what you can do. We do not care nearly as much about what your resume says as we do about what happens when you get into the shop. Your experience will be tested. Your ability will determine where you go from there. If you are good, you will have the opportunity to make very good money here.

We want someone who:

Knows Hyundai/Kia products and can handle higher-level diagnostic and repair work Can consistently produce hours Understands that productivity and quality both matter Can diagnose instead of just replacing parts Takes pride in fixing vehicles correctly Communicates with advisors and management Is willing to help younger technicians develop Shows up, works hard, and does not need to be babysat Wants to grow with a team And maybe most importantly... No bull. No drama. No technician politics. No "that is not my job." No disappearing when there is work to do. No coming in and trying to change everything because "this is how we did it at my old store." We are pretty set in our ways because what we are doing is working. That does not mean we do not listen to good ideas. It means we are hiring someone to add to our culture, not disrupt it. Bonuses are available. Raises are available. Training is available. Growth is available. We are not promising you the world on Day 1. We are giving you the opportunity to earn it.
