Full-Time About Our Office We are a patient-focused dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality care in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Our team values professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail. We are currently seeking a Dental Sterile Technician to help maintain the highest standards of sterilization and infection control in our office. Job Summary The Dental Sterile Technician is responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing, and organizing dental instruments and equipment. This role ensures compliance with OSHA and CDC infection control standards while supporting the clinical team. Responsibilities Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment following established protocols Operate ultrasonic cleaners, instrument washers, and autoclaves Package and properly store sterilized instruments Monitor sterilization cycles and maintain sterilization logs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sterilization area Assist dental assistants with room turnover and instrument setup when needed Dispose of biohazard materials according to safety guidelines Maintain inventory of sterilization supplies and notify management when restocking is needed Ensure compliance with OSHA, CDC, and office infection control standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous dental office experience preferred but not required Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures is a plus Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Benefits (Full-Time Employees) Competitive pay Paid time off Paid holidays Dental benefits Opportunities for growth within the practice Supportive team environment
