Job Description
We are recruiting a team of Dental Assisting Instructors at our new location in Haslet, TX location hosted at Riley Dental. This includes clinical teaching on Saturdays for 10 weeks during the semesters. Do you find yourself training and helping new dental assistants in your practice? Do you find fulfillment in helping others? Are you looking to make some additional income as a dental assistant Instructor? If so, we have the job for you... The responsibilities you would be held accountable for are listed below: Prepare to facilitate class by reviewing and understanding the clinic stations. Prepare the dental office for class by setting up clinic stations. Facilitate clinic sessions by executing class checklists and completing each task in its entirety. Record grades, attendance and evaluations in the learning management system. Manage all classroom situations.
Position Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively with students
- Positive, fun, and caring attitude
- HS Diploma/GED or transcripts from HS or College, Dental Training Certificates, & either 5 years work experience OR 2 years work with 900+ hr program graduate (all within 10 yrs)
- CPR certificate
